Practice Experience

Scott is an English-trained solicitor admitted to practice law in England and Wales. Scott has extensive private practice and in-house experience, having worked as a partner of a U.S. law firm in London and general counsel of a leading principal investor and private equity fund manager in the past that focuses on oil and gas, mining, real estate, infrastructure and technology in emerging and transforming markets. Scott has wide-ranging commercial experience and has advised sponsors, governments and lenders on a number of complex national and international transactions.
