Naz Bandik Hatipoğlu focuses on corporate and M&A transactions, particularly in cross-border transactions for multinational and Turkish clients. She has been involved in due diligence studies, drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreement and share purchase agreement for purchasers and sellers as well as the corporate transactions of the clients. She has significant experience in the energy, mining, oil and infrastructure sectors. In addition, Naz has represented sponsors and lenders in the development and financing of a number of major projects in the energy and health sectors (PPP projects).
