Serap Zuvin leads the Aviation Practice at Cakmak. Serap Zuvin specializes in corporate and equipment finance, particularly in aircraft finance. She has extensive experience in cross-border joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. She has established the subsidiaries and representative offices of multinational companies in Turkey and acted as their custodian shareholder. Serap Zuvin has also played an active role in the drafting, ratification, and implementation of several new pieces of legislation, including those relating to “direct sale”, the Build-Operate-Transfer model, competition law, and the Cape Town Convention.
