Çakmak represented the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in its USD 30 million loan to Team Agro.

We are proud to have represented The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in a USD 30 million financing to Team Agro Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for its first geothermal greenhouse project in Türkiye.

This transaction aims to promote sustainable agricultural practices, reduce carbon emissions, enhance water conservation, and create high-quality employment opportunities for women in a relatively underdeveloped region of Türkiye.

The Çakmak team was led by partner Devrim Ergun and included counsel Aslı Pabuççuoğlu, together with associates Salih Kartal, Pınar Bölükbaşıoğlu, Boran Akyıldız and Elsu Doğa İncesu.
