Çakmak also advises on aircraft leasing, sale, sale-leaseback and trade-in transactions, including conducting lien searches on registered aircraft and advising on regulatory compliance matters. The firm can handle all aviation-related insurance and litigation matters on behalf of manufacturers, financiers/lessors, insurance companies and injured parties.
