We are proud to have represented The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in a EUR 25 million financing to Ofis Yem, a listed company operating as a leading livestock feed producer in Türkiye.

This transaction aims to enhance Ofis Yem’s supply chain efficiency and help reduce post-harvest losses as well as to promote gender inclusion in Türkiye’s livestock feed industry.

The Çakmak team was led by partner Devrim Ergun and included counsel Aslı Pabuççuoğlu, together with associates Damla Çay and Pınar Bölükbaşıoğlu.
