Çakmak provides litigation counsel to its clients in relation to all forms of commercial and administrative disputes. We have unique expertise concerning the local and international arbitration proceedings relating to investment and commercial matters, including construction disputes. We have represented clients in major claims before arbitration panels constituted under ICC, ICSID, Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution, and other institutional arbitration panels as well as local arbitration panels, such as ISTAC.
