She is experienced in advising sellers, private equity clients and strategic buyers on complex cross-border and local transactions in a wide range of sectors such as energy, manufacturing, healthcare, agriculture, telecommunications and information. She has also been involved in the capital and business restructuring of Turkish companies, as well as the drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements and share purchase agreements in high profile transactions.
