Gökhan Okan’s practice focuses on project, infrastructure, acquisition and energy finance, banking law, corporate law, and M&A transactions. He also has extensive experience in advising major Turkish banks (including their branches and internal departments) and international financial institutions on their daily advisory requirements. Furthermore, he regularly advises clients on Turkish administrative and concession agreements with government authorities, guarantee and debt assumption structures with the Turkish Treasury, commercial and construction contracts, energy, privatization and banking and financing transactions (including compliance matters). Gökhan further represents clients before arbitral bodies in connection with commercial disputes.
