Aslı Pabuççuoğlu mainly focuses on banking and finance matters, and energy and infrastructure projects. She has experience in advising a wide range of international and domestic clients, including banks, financial institutions and corporates on complex cross-border and local financing transactions. She has been involved in the drafting and negotiation of the financing and security arrangements in various structured financing, capital financing, debt restructuring, acquisition financing and FI transactions as well as infrastructure and energy project financings. She is also experienced in banking law and regulatory advisory.
