We are pleased to announce that the Ceyhan PDH-PP project, developed by RÖNESANS HOLDİNG and Sonatrach, won the “Oil & Gas Deal in Europe Award” at the IJGlobal Awards 2024.

Çakmak represented the Sponsors in this USD 1.2 billion financing, the largest project finance deal signed in Türkiye in 2024, which will support the development of a 472.500 MT per-year propane dehydrogenation and polypropylene production facility in Ceyhan, Adana.

The Çakmak team was led by partner Mustafa Durakoğlu and included counsels Nazlı Başak Ayık and Aslı Pabuççuoğlu, together with associate Elsu Doğa İncesu.
