We are pleased to announce that we have acted as Turkish counsel to a syndicate of 51 banks from 21 countries on the renewal of Akbank’s syndicated loan facility with a syndicated sustainability loan of USD 750 million. The loan proceeds shall be allocated in accordance with Akbank’s Sustainable Finance Framework.
