We are proud to have represented The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in its EUR 25 million loan to Türk Ekonomi Bankası A.Ş. (TEB), which marks its first transaction under EBRD’s new Digital Transformation Financing Facility Programme. This transaction aims to bolster the digital transformation investments of small and medium-sized enterprises, paving the way for a digital transformation across the Turkish economy.
