We are proud to have represented The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in a USD 200 million financing to Enerjisa, one of the largest independent power producers in Türkiye, for the purposes of financing the second phase of Enerjisa’s wind power plant projects developed under YEKA-II tender scheme, with a total installed capacity of 250 MW.
This transaction aims to support the generation of approximately 630 GWh of green electricity annually, helping to avoid around 221,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions each year; while contributing to the establishment of a nationally accredited vocational centre, enabling coal-sector workers to transition into careers in renewables, agriculture and tourism.
