We are proud to have represented Özyeğin University as borrower and Fiba Holding A.Ş. as guarantor in connection with a financing provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the development of a green-certified student dormitory with approximately 500 beds within Özyeğin University’s Çekmeköy campus in Istanbul, Türkiye.
This transaction aims to expand modern on-campus accommodation capacity while supporting the development of sustainable and resilient campus infrastructure. It represents a landmark green finance transaction in Türkiye’s higher education sector.
