We are pleased to have advised Salentijn Properties 1 B.V., a subsidiary of Titan S.A., in its acquisition of 100% shares in Caba Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., the sole shareholder of Traçim Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., and the indirect shareholder of AGT Gıda İnşaat Sanayi ve Pazarlama Ltd. Şti. The strategic value of the transaction lies in Traçim’s cement production facility located in Kırklareli. This acquisition will strengthen Titan’s heavy materials business in Türkiye, further supporting the growth strategy of this global leader in cement and building materials trade.
