We are pleased to have advised Rönesans Yenilenebilir Enerji Yatırım A.Ş. in its acquisition of 100% shares in Gökçedağ Rüzgar Enerji Üretim A.Ş., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zorlu Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. This acquisition will strengthen Rönesans Yenilenebilir Enerji’s renewable energy investment strategy in Türkiye.
