Çakmak is proud to have represented Garanti BBVA in its issuance of USD 500,000,000 Fixed Rate Tier 2 Notes in the international markets. The issuance was made under Garanti BBVA’s USD 6,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme and received record demand from international investors as the most cost-effective sub-debt issuance made by a bank in recent years.
