Practice Experience

İlke Işın Süer primarily focuses on energy and infrastructure projects and banking and finance matters. She has experience in advising clients on complex cross-border and local transactions in a wide range of sectors such as renewable energy, manufacturing, banking and retail. She has been involved in the drafting and negotiation of EPC and O&M agreements as well as financing and security arrangements in high profile transactions. She is also experienced in international commercial and investment arbitration and has advised clients in various arbitral proceedings.
