Can Talaz specializes in dispute resolution matters before different courts and tribunals. He represents Turkish and international clients before Turkish courts and agencies in lawsuits relating to construction, bankruptcy, employment, city planning and white-collar crime. Can has also been involved in collective bargaining negotiations on behalf or in support of several international clients with labour unions. He has extensive experience in World Trade Organization law matters as well as Turkish and American trade remedies practice through his work at the Appellate Body Secretariat of the WTO and the U.S. Court of International Trade. He has also been involved in arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
